At the Aralbay Makhambetov Memorial Children’s Chess Cup 2025 held in Kyzylorda, Kazakhstan, the Uzbekistan national team took first place in the overall team standings.

Following the competition, which was conducted according to the Swiss system over nine rounds, Uzbekistan’s Jahongir Nasimov secured first place in the under-8 category.

Abdulboriy Abduvaliyev achieved second place among players in the under-14 category. Nilufar Makhmudova, in the under-12 category, and Nigina Khudoyberdiyeva, among girls under 8, secured honorable third-place positions.
