Uzbekistan’s weightlifters win 15 medals at the International Fajr Cup in Iran
Uzbekistan’s athletes have performed successfully at the International Fajr Cup, held in Tehran, Iran.
All the members of the Uzbekistan national team won prizes in the tournament.
On the final day of the tournament, Uzbekistan’s Muhammadqodir Toshtemirov showed impressive results up to 94 kg. He lifted 160, 165, and 170 kg in the snatch, and 194 and 200 kg in the clean and jerk. The final result in the duathlon was 370 kg, which earned him gold medals.
In the tournament, Uzbekistan’s weightlifters won 15 medals and took second place in the team events.
