The Uzbekistan – U.S. Business Forum was held within the framework of the Tashkent International Investment Forum at the Exhibition Center in the capital. This event was important in the history of economic relations between the parties.

The conference was organized with the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade, and the American – Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce (AUCC).

At the event, the First Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, Jamshid Khodjayev, addressed the investors’ question, “Why Uzbekistan?” He highlighted key factors such as the complete legal protection of investor rights, simplified business entity registration, stable economic growth, a large pool of qualified and young workers, abundant natural resources, and Uzbekistan’s strategic location at the crossroads of major global routes.

More than 150 participants, including representatives of the business and public sectors of the two countries, attended the event. About 100 leading American companies operating in manufacturing, digitization, agriculture, energy, finance, and healthcare are among them. The forum was attended by the heads of companies such as Boeing, Visa, Coca-Cola, Medtronic, John Deere, CNH, Morgan Stanley, NASDAQ, Abbott, and representatives of investment funds, universities, law, engineering, and technology companies in the US.
