Uzbekistan hosted the international table tennis tournament WTT Youth Contender Tashkent 2025. The winners and prizewinners were determined in the U19 and U15 age categories on the tournament’s final day.

In the U19 girls’ final, two of our representatives – Asel Erkeboyeva and Arujan Kamolova – faced off. In this derby, Arujan Kamolova claimed victory with a score of 3:1, becoming the tournament champion. Asel Erkeboyeva was awarded the silver medal.

And among the boys in this age category, Diyorbek Dilshodov won the bronze medal.

In the U15 age category, a member of the Uzbekistan national team, Adelina Khasanova, reached the final and took home the silver medal.

The awards ceremony for the winners and prizewinners was attended by the leadership of the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Olympic Committee, and the Table Tennis Federation.
