Uzbekistan takes second place in the European Cup
The Junior European Cup 2025 was held in Istanbul.
More than 500 young judokas from 30 countries participated in the event. Uzbekistan’s representatives, Aselkhan Aralbayeva and Umida Nigmatova, won gold medals. Dilshodbek Khamroyev (-66 kg) won a silver medal, while Bunyod Safarov (-73 kg) secured a bronze.
The Uzbekistan national team placed second in the overall team standings.
