Uzbekistan took 126th place with 31 points among 180 countries. Over the year, the country has risen by 14 positions, improving its results by 3 points (in 2021, it took 140th place).

The Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) was established in 1995 by Transparency International as a composite indicator used to measure perceptions of corruption in the public sector in different countries around the world. The CPI ranks 180 countries and territories around the world by their perceived levels of public sector corruption. The results are given on a scale of 0 (highly corrupt) to 100 (very clean).
