The Japanese company Orion Computer plans to establish a Japanese language school, an HR Agency, and an educational platform in Uzbekistan aimed at training specialists for subsequent employment in Japan. In line with the requirements of the Japanese labor market, a support system will be established to assist candidates both before and after their employment.

Project details were discussed during a meeting between Jahongir Kagirov, Head of the Service Export Development Department at IT Park Uzbekistan, and Naoko Ishikawa, CEO of Orion Computer. The primary focus of the discussion was on the prospects for cooperation in language education, workforce training, and employment in Japan, as well as the potential for establishing an HR Agency and a Japanese language school in Uzbekistan.

IT Park also proposed developing a training program for specialists proficient in Japanese who would work remotely for Japanese companies. It was emphasized that this approach would help increase service exports and create job opportunities within Uzbekistan.
