The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Egypt hosted a meeting with Deputy Executive Director for Communication of the Chamber of Food Industries of Egypt, Amal Samir.

The joint food production, export, and import issues were discussed during the conversation.

The Egyptian side expressed interest in expanding the delivery volume of agricultural products from Uzbekistan, mainly fruits, vegetables, and dried fruits.

An agreement was reached to organize an online meeting with the participation of entrepreneurs from the two countries to expand cooperation.
