Within one week, the most experienced women business representatives and those who have recently entered this sphere will take part in many events that will be held in the country.

According to the Chairperson of Uzbekistan Business Women Association “Tadbirkor Ayol” Gulnora Makhmudova, the central theme of this year’s week will become “Innovations and investments – an effective factor in development of women’s entrepreneurship in local and foreign markets”. Attention will be paid to attracting investment in the economy, introducing innovative technologies in industry and agriculture, analysis of current issues of women’s entrepreneurship in entering the regional and world markets, improving the business environment, developing a promising strategy for improving the quality of services provided to women entrepreneurs.

Within the framework of the week, a sports marathon with participation of business women will be organized in all regions of the country, a sociological survey will be held on shortcomings encountered in women’s entrepreneurship. Master classes and workshops on “Smart textiles”, “Innovative solutions in agriculture”, “Commercialization of scientific developments”, “Use of high technologies in production” will be held.

At the final stage of women-entrepreneurs’ competition “Anor 2018”, the winners will be identified in “Best female entrepreneur”, “Best female farmer”, “Best service” nominations.
