
The World Hand-to-Hand Fighting Championship, held in Bursa, Türkiye, brought together over 300 athletes from 32 countries.
The Uzbekistan national team took first place in the team standings, winning 8 gold, 3 silver, and 3 bronze medals.

Gold medalists included Azizkhon Abdullayev, Ogabek Jumaniyozov, Bekzod Mahamatov, Sevara Sadullayeva, Sharofatoy Artykova, Makhliyo Khabibullayeva, Nilufar Polvonova, and Umida Abdullayevа.
Husniddin Sattorov, Ilyos Kamilov, and Dinora Nabiyeva earned silver medals, while Giyosiddin Jamoliddinov, Bahrom Olimjonov, and Asadbek Hikmatov took bronze.

The Russian national team placed second overall (4 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals), while Kazakhstan’s team finished third (2 gold, 6 silver, and 4 bronze medals).
