Uzbekistan delegation attended the Meeting of Advisory Committee
On November 22-23, 2018, Dushanbe hosted the 25th meeting of the Advisory Committee of the heads of legal services of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
On November 22-23, 2018, Dushanbe hosted the 25th meeting of the Advisory Committee of the heads of legal services of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The meeting was attended by members of the Advisory Committee from the Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Russian Federation, Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as a representative of the CIS Executive Committee.
Members of the Committee welcomed Uzbekistan's participation and its membership in the Advisory Committee.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, issues of formation of the norms of the General international law, text of the next edition of the Guidelines for development of draft international treaties, feasibility of developing recommendations justifying introduction of draft documents for consideration by the Council of Heads of States, Council of Heads of Governments, Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs and the Economic Council of the CIS, as well as other issues on improving the rule-making process within the framework of the Commonwealth were discussed at the meeting.
