The Second Uzbekistan – China Interregional Forum has kicked off in Samarkand.

Members of the governments, heads of regions, and entrepreneurs of the two countries are participating in the event.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khodjayev, Vice-Chairperson of the 14th CPPCC National Committee, and President of the Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation Commission of the SCO, Ms. Shen Yueyue, addressed the opening ceremony, noting the active development of trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian relations between Uzbekistan and China.
