Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan develop cooperation in public services

On October 4, representatives of the delegation became familiar with activities of the People's Reception Office of the President in Tashkent.
Guests were informed about activities of the People’s Reception Office of the President with legal entities’ and individuals’ appeals.
Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan positively assessed the conditions created in the first-aid post, mother and child room, citizen’s reception offices. According to him, it is very difficult to work with citizens' appeals, but it is an honor. Such institutions, which study citizens' appeals and help to resolve them, are important for protection and guarantee of human rights.
On the same day, the Agency for Public Service under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed a Memorandum of Understanding on development of Public Service Centers (PSC) in Uzbekistan.
During the visit, the Azerbaijani delegation also became familiar with construction of a new building of Public Service Center in Chilanzar district.
