A meeting took place between the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Minister of Economy and Finance, Jamshid Kuchkarov, and the President and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), Jin Liqun, in Saudi Arabia.

According to the Ministry’s Press Service, the parties discussed the development of the green economy, budget support, and infrastructure improvements. 

Views were exchanged on climate change mitigation, energy efficiency enhancement, investment projects based on public-private partnerships, and creating a modern heating system.
