Uzbekistan Airways was established 33 years ago. A lot has changed in aviation over the past time. Faster and more comfortable planes have appeared, and the requirements for air transportation and the quality of passenger service have changed.

Uzbekistan Airways’ route network currently includes more than 99 destinations, including eight domestic routes. 

Uzbekistan Airways focuses on modernization, service quality improvement, and the route network’s expansion. The airline plans to introduce new technologies and safety standards, develop domestic and regional transportation, as well as strengthen its position in the global market, striving to become a leader in Central Asia.

In 2025, the company plans to launch new destinations, including the resumption of flights to Madrid in April. Chairman of the Board of Uzbekistan Airways Shukhrat Khudaykulov stressed that the company’s priority remains comfort and passenger safety at all journey stages. He noted the important role of aviation in the modern business world, linking strategic goals with real achievements.

Uzbekistan Airways carried 6 million passengers last year. This year, it is planned to increase the flight frequency and launch new routes: Tashkent – Madrid – Shenzhen, Fergana – Urumqi – Delhi.
