Within the framework of the meeting, which was attended by responsible persons of the regional and city khokimiyats, financial experts, a presentation of the project was held on reconstruction of system for the supply of heat energy by the JSC Bukhoroenergomarkaz on the basis of modern requirements.
To discuss issues related to this project, representatives of the World Bank visited the enterprise of JSC Bukhoroenergomarkaz, became familiar with the workshop where the equipment will be updated, and with the service area.
The cost of the project, approved by the Board of Directors of the World Bank and funded on concessional terms at the expense of the International Development Association, amounts to 14 million 620 thousand dollars. At the expense of these funds, a large-scale technological update will be carried out in the JSC Bukhoroenergomarkaz.
Due to modernization, the service life of heating networks and heat supply systems in residential buildings will increase by 50 years.
Due to installation of individual heat points, the process of heat supply in residential buildings and at social facilities will be automatically controlled taking into account the ambient temperature.
Implementation of this project will begin in the second quarter of 2019 and will be completed in stages in 2021.
