Turkic Speaking States expand trade and economic cooperation

Baku hosted a Business Forum of the Turkic Speaking States within the framework of the VII Summit of the Turkic Council.
The event, organized by the Joint Turkic Chambers of Commerce and Industry, is attended by the heads of responsible ministries and agencies, chambers of commerce and industry of Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Hungary, more than 600 representatives of the business community of the Turkic Council Member States, including more than 120 representatives of Uzbekistan.
Reports of representatives of the Ministries of Economy, Investments and Trade were heard on the issues of further development of trade-economic cooperation, business ties between Turkic Speaking States, strengthening bilateral and multilateral partnership in trade, industry and entrepreneurship. The main areas of activity were discussed.
It was noted that the Joint Turkic Chambers of Commerce and Industry is an effective platform that promotes the Turkic Council in expanding the multifaceted cooperation between member states in the areas of trade, investment, transport, energy, tourism, as well as cultural and humanitarian exchange.
The business forum continues. B2B meetings will be held within the framework of the event.
