The volume of food production in Uzbekistan amounted to 152.1 trillion UZS

The development of the food industry and the provision of high-quality and safe products to the population are among the important directions of Uzbekistan’s economic policy.

In recent years, steady increases in production volumes in this area indicate greater industry efficiency.

According to the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in 2025, large enterprises of Uzbekistan produced food products worth 152.1 trillion UZS. The indicator increased by 9.7 percent compared to 2024. This contributes to ensuring the stability of the domestic market and the expansion of exports, and is a key factor in improving economic progress and people’s well-being.

Andijan region – 9.6 trillion UZS,

Bukhara region – 11.3 trillion UZS,

Jizzakh region – 3.3 trillion UZS,

Kashkadarya region – 10.2 trillion UZS,

Navoi region – 7.9 trillion UZS,

Namangan region – 8.5 trillion UZS,

Samarkand region – 19.5 trillion UZS,

Surkhandarya region – 3.2 trillion UZS,

Syrdarya region – 5.4 trillion UZS,

Tashkent region – 21.5 trillion UZS,

Fergana region – 11.6 trillion UZS,

Khorezm region – 6 trillion UZS,

Tashkent – 27.6 trillion UZS.
