At the beginning of the meeting, Qohir Rasulzoda conveyed the warm greetings and best wishes of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, to the Leader of Uzbekistan.

Current issues related to the further deepening of friendship, good neighborliness, strategic partnership, and alliance between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan were discussed in the context of implementing high-level agreements.

The highest level of multifaceted cooperation was noted with satisfaction. Trade and cargo transportation volumes are increasing, and cooperation projects are being implemented in industry, energy, electrical engineering, textiles, agriculture, and other priority sectors.

Fruitful interregional contacts and active cultural and humanitarian exchanges are taking place.

The importance of forming a new economic partnership agenda was emphasized, along with developing effective measures to increase trade turnover, actively promote cooperation projects, and enhance cross-border collaboration.
