Cannes hosts MIPIM 2025, the world’s most prestigious forum in real estate, urban planning, and investments.

Uzbekistan is participating in this event for the first time and is presenting the New Tashkent Project.

MIPIM is a global event that has been held annually since 1990. The world’s leading investors, development companies, architects, and urban management specialists are presenting their projects and establishing cooperation.

Last year, over 21,000 people, 2,500 companies, and 6,000 investors from more than 90 countries participated in the event.

A special session “New Tashkent – The Future of Uzbekistan's Capital City” was organized within the framework of the forum. It was attended by representatives of the Directorate, international experts, and investors, who discussed the main aspects of the project and further cooperation. The Uzbekistan delegation held meetings with foreign investors. All this allows to demonstrate the dynamically developing potential of Uzbekistan in the construction and investment sectors.

MIPIM 2025 is not only a meeting place for real estate and urban planning experts, but also a center for innovative ideas for creating future cities. Uzbekistan’s active participation in this process is a great success.
