The largest technology parks of Central Asia – IT Park Uzbekistan and Astana Hub are joining forces to develop a regional startup ecosystem and promote innovative potential on the global stage under a single brand Central Asian Innovation Hubs.
The corresponding Memorandum of Cooperation was signed within the framework of ICT WEEK UZBEKISTAN 2024 by the CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan Farkhod Ibragimov and the CEO of Astana Hub Magzhan Madiyev.
This partnership aims to form a pan-regional identity, exchange experience in developing a startup ecosystem and venture funds, and implement several joint initiatives to promote promising Central Asian projects on international platforms.
It is noted that by the end of this year, the technology parks of both countries will perform under a single brand in several major foreign events. In particular, at the InMerge event in Baku, four startups from the region will be presented to international investors and funds.
