For the first time, the Uzbekistan – Italy Educational Forum is being held in the country, aimed at further strengthening relations between Uzbekistan and Italy in higher education.

The event is attended by representatives of the Ministry of University and Research of Italy, 25 Italian universities, and more than 40 higher education institutions in Uzbekistan.

The forum, the theme of which is “A new stage of cooperation between universities: the main factor in the development of two countries and societies”, will discuss modern approaches in education, advanced digital technologies and innovative teaching methods, joint educational programs, scientific research, as well as the expansion of academic mobility of students and faculty.

The forum will last two days in Tashkent, then sessions will be organized in Bukhara and Samarkand regions.
