The construction of the first skyscraper “Nest One” has been completed in Tashkent.

At a press conference organized on this occasion, the founders of the companies “Murad Buildings” Murad Nazarov and “Özgüven” Özgür Onur Özgüven informed about the significance of this project.

It was noted that the construction of the building, on which more than 1,000 people worked, began in 2019. The height of the building was 267 meters, and the number of floors was 50, which is an innovation for the country. There are apartments, offices, and 33 facilities, including shops, restaurants, children’s playgrounds, a winter garden, and areas for recreation and sports.

Murad Nazarov noted that there were difficulties in construction, but the support of the government and the President of the country provided great motivation.

“I am very pleased with the completion of the project and congratulate everyone on the completion of the construction of this unique building”, says Murad Nazarov. “We have achieved a common goal together. In 2017, the President of Uzbekistan initiated the idea of the project. I was invited to implement it. Of course, I understood that this would not be easy. But I was sure that together we would achieve this. The project was implemented thanks to the trust of our people and the President, the support of several organizations, and the help of our clients and partners.

Complex engineering calculations were carried out during construction, and the latest world technologies were used. The facade of the building is made of fire-resistant materials, and the most modern smoke detection system is installed inside, which, thanks to sensitive detectors, signals a problem in a matter of seconds and gives the command to turn on the fire protection systems. Escape routes are protected from smoke thanks to the proper layout of the ventilation system and the tightness of the space. The building has fire-fighting elevators, an emergency lighting system, and emergency power generators.

“During construction, we met with media representatives three times and informed about the progress of the process”, says Özgür Onur Özgüven. And now we are communicating again in connection with completing the “Nest One” project. Today, it is one of the safest skyscrapers in the world.

The building, designed according to the all-inclusive service concept, has 1,029 apartments and 29 high-speed elevators, 20 VIP apartments located between the 41st and 50th floors. The first floor is a commercial space, and the 28th floor is intended for sports activities. Generally, any floor with its architecture will delight every visitor and leave an unforgettable impression.
