Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to the Republic of Uzbekistan Won Do-yeon visited the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after Ajiniyaz.

At the meeting, it was noted that cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea is successfully developing in trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian, and educational spheres.

Issues of establishing bilateral cooperation with the most advanced higher education institutions of the Republic of Korea, supporting the participation of professors and teachers of the Institute and students in grant projects within the framework of internships and training programs, were discussed at the meeting.

Then the delegation members visited the “Corner of Korea”, created at the institute and the main center for teaching the Korean language in Karakalpakstan, handing over educational literature and necessary subjects. They also became familiar with the conditions created in the new building of the Institute.
