Tennis: Humoyun Sultanov aims for the main prize
Humoyun Sultanov advanced to the singles’ semifinals and the doubles’ finals at the M15 Zahra 2026 Tennis Tournament in Kuwait.
In the singles quarterfinals, Sultanov defeated Romanian tennis player Robert Guna with a score of 6:3, 6:4. In the semifinals, he will face neutral tennis player Evgeny Karlovskiy.
In the doubles matches, Sultanov and Constantin Bittoun (France) beat the duo of Rocco Piatti from Monaco and Daniil Sargsyan from Armenia in the semifinals, 7:6, 6:2. In the final, they will have to overcome the resistance of the Turkish duo Mert Özdemir and Naci Türker.
