The 2nd International Tea Festival “Enjoy tea with SIUT” was held at the Samarkand International University of Technology.

The event was organized within the framework of the international project “Teo, Amo kaj la Mondo” (“Tea, Love and Peace”) by Tianjin University of Science and Technology, the Foreign Languages Press of the People’s Republic of China, the Amir Tea Samarqand enterprise and other organizations.

Samples of premium tea brought from China, tea accessories, books about Samarkand, Tianjin, and Hangzhou, and colorful photographs were presented.

The leadership of the international project “Teo, Amo kaj la Mondo” awarded the Rector of Samarkand International Technological University Yusuf Abdullayev the honorary title “Tea – Ambassador of Culture and Peace” for his outstanding contribution to the promotion of tea culture and peace.
