Tashkent hosted the Agile Scale & Innovation 2025 Conference, the most significant event in Central Asia devoted to agile approaches, organizational transformation, and the use of AI.

The event brought together more than 300 participants: representatives of technology teams, transformation leaders, engineers, architects, and C-level specialists.

The conference program included three parallel streams – the main hall, the technical hall, the workshop area, as well as an exhibition of IT communities of Uzbekistan. Each participant could choose the format and topics depending on their professional interest.

The conference brought together speakers from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Russia, Belarus, and Singapore – specialists with international experience in management, technology, and organizational development.

The leadership in the face of uncertainty, business transformation in the era of AI, and modern approaches to project management and team motivation were discussed in the main hall. Special attention was paid to the interaction of Agile and artificial intelligence in a panel discussion with experts from different countries. The participants discussed sustainability and scaling of IT solutions, architecture, and engineering practices in the technical room. The participants practiced key agile tools in an interactive format in the workshop area.

The event also included an exhibition, where the participants could get acquainted with the activities of such communities as IT Community of Uzbekistan, Product Community, QA Uzbek Community, DevOps Uzbekistan, Women in Tech, Chaykhana Startup, and Agile Community Uzbekistan.

Agile Scale & Innovation 2025 exemplifies how local initiatives and international experience combine to develop a professional IT community in Central Asia. The Agile Uzbekistan Community and the Digital Technologies School No.21 organized the event.
