Tashkent hosts the Architecture Festival. More than 40 skilled foreign architects are attending it.

Organized by the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services, the Union of Architects of Uzbekistan, and the International Union of Architects, the festival plays a vital role in further industry development.

The festival serves as a platform for exchanging ideas and experience on innovative research in the development of the construction industry, improving architecture, design, urban planning, and the use of modern building materials and structures in the design of buildings and structures. Suggestions and recommendations of domestic and foreign experts on the development of geodesy, cartography, and cadastral sphere, construction of buildings and structures with the widespread use of architectural traditions, and energy-saving technologies are presented.

Within the framework of the Coordination Council, a traditional competition was held for the best projects, scientific works in architecture, urban planning, and student developments.
