On November 11-15, Tashkent hosted International Biennale of Applied Art. 

The event was attended by masters from Uzbekistan and more than 10 countries of the world.

Silk carpets, national ceramics, ancient types of paper, calligraphy samples and miniature works were presented at the Biennale. The event also included master classes and scientific-practical conferences.

Winners in various nominations were awarded with memorable gifts and diplomas.

Munira Akilova from Tajikistan took the first place, Inna Kostina from Azerbaijan – the second and Abduvokhid Karimov from Uzbekistan – the third place.
