An essential political process is continuing in Uzbekistan in an organized manner.

The Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Tanzila Narbayeva voted at the polling station No.576 in Tashkent.

“The elections show that thanks to the large-scale reforms implemented in Uzbekistan, the people’s worldview has changed noticeably”, says Ms. Narbayeva. “The population has become more active, feels its involvement in this process, and makes an informed choice. After all, the main purpose of citizens’ participation in elections is to influence the future of their family, children, grandchildren and Homeland”.

The election results will undoubtedly contribute to the further prosperity and well-being of the country and the people.
