The Swiss Olympic Committee is studying the possibility of hosting the 2030 Winter Olympics.

It became known that Switzerland is planning to hold games in various cities. Consideration of the conditions should be completed by November 2023. There will also be a survey among the population and a report on the attitude of the Swiss to the new concept.

According to AZERTAC, the next Winter Olympic Games will be held in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo in Italy. The games are scheduled to be held from February 6 to 22, 2026.

Switzerland hosted the Winter Olympic Games twice – in 1928 and 1948. The competitions were held in St. Moritz.
