The State Chamber Orchestra of Folk Instruments “Sogdiana” of the State Philharmonic of Uzbekistan is currently in Berlin. The orchestra is participating in the international festival Into the Open, which runs until November 3. The ensemble will present a gala concert program titled “Sounds and Colors of the Silk Road – Musical Masterpieces of Turkic Peoples”. Soloists from Turkic-speaking countries will join the orchestra in showcasing their musical artistry during the performance.

The participation of representatives from Uzbekistan in this event aims to widely promote unique samples of national orchestral performance art on an international level and to strengthen cultural exchange.
