It is necessary to continue reforms and turn the internal affairs bodies into real defenders of citizens”, the President said. “The new composition of the parliament, in particular, the Senate, will have to create all the necessary organizational and legal foundations for this over the next five years and take practical measures. It is necessary to develop a system of advanced and targeted training for heads of internal affairs bodies at all levels”.
