The educational cartoon “Sesame Street” began to be shown in Uzbek and English on the air of “Online-toʼgarak” (“Online training”).

The cartoon will help children learn how to protect themselves from the virus, observe hygiene rules.

Collaboration programs of the Ministry of Public Education and the U.S. Agency for International Development also include broadcasting videos, demos, and Uzbek posters aimed at mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on children.

“Sesame Street” TV program, which aired for the first time in 1969, covers important educational, social and spiritual topics in a form convenient for children.

The cartoon is broadcast from 12:00 on the air of “Online-toʼgarak”.
