A meeting was held in Arnasay district of Jizzakh region to promote the election program of the Social Democratic Party “Adolat” and present candidates for deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and local Councils of People’s Deputies.

The meeting was attended by candidates for deputies, party activists, students, and media representatives.

At the event, Shakhnoza Soatova, Advisor on Information Policy to the Chairman of Jizzakh Regional Council of the SDP of Uzbekistan “Adolat”, spoke about the party’s work over the past five years, plans for the future, and ideas promoted in the election program. The participants were also informed about the initiatives of the SDP of Uzbekistan “Adolat”, reflected in the party’s election program for 2024-2029 under the slogan “Towards equal opportunities and a fair society!”

Chairman of the Arnasay District Council of People’s Deputies Shavkat Khudoykulov reminded that in accordance with the election legislation, the registration of candidates was completed, and the election campaign officially started on September 22. Then, the participants were presented with the candidates nominated by the SDP “Adolat” for the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and local Councils of People’s Deputies.

A trusted representative of the candidate from the 17th Jizzakh Election District, Maksuda Karshiboyeva, presented information about the life and work of the candidate, as well as the election program.
