As part of her visit to Samarkand, Assistant to the President of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva visited Secondary School No. 71.

The school is well known for its many medal-winning students, and all of last year’s graduates successfully enrolled in higher education institutions, including international universities.

“It was a great pleasure for me to present gold medals to the top-performing graduates of this school and other schools in Samarkand”, Saida Mirziyoyeva noted.

During her visit, Saida Mirziyoyeva also announced that, according to the President’s instructions, 17 new school buses have been allocated for Kushrabot district of Samarkand region. These buses will serve more than 750 students from 20 remote regional schools.

“It is essential to us that every child, regardless of where they live, has equal access to quality, comfortable, and modern education. We are doing everything possible to make this a reality”, the Assistant to the President emphasized.
