The Head of Syrdarya regional health department, doctor of medical sciences Rustam Yuldashev signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with employees of the A.N. Bakulev National Medical Research Center of Cardiovascular Surgery (Russian Federation).

According to the Public Relations Department and Mass Media of the Regional Department of Health, Head of the Department of A.N. Bakulev National Medical Research Center of Cardiovascular Surgery, Doctor of Medical Sciences Karen Petrosyan visited Syrdarya Regional Cardiology Dispensary. According to the Memorandum, the Russian specialist held a master class on the treatment and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, as well as the implementation of complex surgical operations.

Mr. Karen Petrosyan shared his experience with Syrdarya doctors, studied the possibilities of assisting patients in the new X-ray endovascular surgical and other departments of the dispensary.

The Russian doctor, together with his student, surgeon Khurshid Khakimov and surgeons of the same department Begzod Mardonov and Utkir Shodiyev, performed complex surgical operations on five patients.

A workshop was organized for cardiologists, therapists and employees of this dispensary.
