The Embassy of Uzbekistan in the United Kingdom, in collaboration with the women’s public association “Tumaris”, organized a roundtable discussion on reproductive health, led by expert Shahnoza Nurullayeva.

The event was held in an open-dialogue format, primarily focusing on enhancing women’s medical literacy and improving their awareness and attitude toward personal health. 

Shahnoza Nurullayeva, with 20 years of experience in the UK healthcare sector, shared valuable recommendations on preventive medical check-ups and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She emphasized the importance of proactive healthcare for women and the prevention of various diseases.

The participants discussed maternal and child healthcare needs and the challenges Uzbek women living abroad face. During the discussion, qualified responses were provided to numerous questions related to women’s health. 

Many attendees shared positive impressions of the event, highlighting that they had gained valuable information that inspired them to take practical steps toward a healthier lifestyle.
