Experts from the Institute for Macroeconomic and Regional Studies on the olx.uz platform grouped prices for housing offered in the 2nd quarter by 115 regions.

432,893 information items have been collected and presented as an interactive web page. Prices per square meter of housing are divided into ten groups. The cheapest regions are included in the first group ($390 per square meter), and the most expensive – in the 10th (up to $1251.69 per square meter). Each group expresses a price range of $86.15.

During the second quarter of 2023, the city of Tashkent had the highest average price of $1,251.69 per square meter and was in the 10th highest price segmentation group. The city of Samarkand ($753.03 per square meter) was included in the 6th group. The 2nd group included Namangan, Jizzakh, Surkhandarya, Bukhara, Fergana, Kashkadarya, Syrdarya, and Khorezm regions with lower average prices. The lowest cost per square meter was observed in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
