Members of Jizzakh region delegation visiting the People’s Republic of China were received at the Yellow Emperor’s Palace, located in Zhejiang province.
The meeting between Wang Kai, Deputy Head of the Chinese province, and Sardor Shukurullayev, Head of Jizzakh region delegation and Deputy Hokim of the region, took place in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue and mutual understanding.

According to Chinese sources, the Huangdi Temple (also called the Yellow Emperor’s Palace) was built over 38 years and has a 4,500-year history.

At the meeting at the palace, detailed discussions were held on strengthening friendly ties between Zhejiang province and Jizzakh region and expanding cooperation in the economic, investment, and tourism sectors.

Following the meeting, the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding and expressed their intention to elevate bilateral relations to a new level.
