A scientific and practical conference on “Motherhood and Childhood: Current Issues and Solutions” was organized on the initiative of the Tashkent Regional Department of Health in cooperation with the International Medical Academy of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery.

The event brought together highly qualified specialists, doctors of medical sciences, and professors from Russia and Kazakhstan.

As part of the forum, an exchange of experience took place between international specialists and local doctors at the regional branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Maternal and Child Health and the Tashkent Regional Multidisciplinary Pediatric Medical Center. Innovative approaches to diagnosing and treating various diseases encountered in pediatric and obstetric-gynecological practice were presented. The need to improve medical care for children with congenital conditions and premature infants was emphasized.

In addition, according to a Memorandum of Cooperation signed with leading scientific centers of Moscow region, free advanced training courses ranging from one to three months will be organized in Moscow for obstetricians-gynecologists, resuscitators, pediatricians, and neonatologists from the region. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive international certificates.
