Proposals to increase export volumes in the IT sector considered with Marubeni representative
The Minister of Digital Technologies, Sherzod Shermatov, met with a representative of the Marubeni, Takeshi Watanabe.
At the meeting, prospects for cooperation in cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and education were discussed, the Ministry of Digital Technologies reports.
Japan’s representatives were also informed about the IT sector reforms in Uzbekistan and the conditions created for foreign companies. Proposals to improve the investment environment and increase the volume of IT exports were considered.
In addition, issues of introducing modern professions related to the sphere were discussed.
Together with the Marubeni company, special attention was paid to the issues of training personnel for the IT sector and providing them with work.
