In his Address, the President emphasized that corruption in various forms hinders the development of the country, if this vicious phenomenon is not eliminated, we will not be able to create a truly favorable business and investment climate, and no sphere of our society will develop.
It was also noted that entrepreneurs are still faced with corruption in such areas as provision of land, cadastral, construction, customs, banking services, licensing, public procurement. This is evidenced by numerous appeals addressed to the President, messages in the press and social networks.
Until all sectors of the population and the best specialists are not involved in the fight against corruption, until our whole society is not, figuratively speaking, vaccinated with a “vaccine of honesty”, we will not be able to achieve our goals. However, where to get this vaccine? the President raised a question.
“Do you think we do not know who takes bribes? Of course, we know. Such people should be vaccinated with a “vaccine of honesty”, said Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
To this end, it was proposed to create a separate anti-corruption body, accountable to parliament and the President.
