President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has departed for Kashkadarya region to attend the opening ceremony of Uzbekistan GTL Plant.

The complex is estimated as the beginning of a new industrial era in Uzbekistan. The new plant will produce liquid synthetic fuel based on purified methane of Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex.

The project to expand the capacity of the Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex will also be launched during the trip.
