A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the People’s Bank and Dune Group Development.

This document provides for the establishment of cooperation in offering mortgage loans to individuals on preferential terms under the “Bashkent – My Dream” project.

According to the memorandum, the mortgage loan offered by the People’s Bank will enable clients to purchase apartments in the Bashkent residential complex under favorable conditions.

This Memorandum of Understanding will expand public access to modern, safe, and comfortable housing.

People’s Bank offers individuals interested in purchasing an apartment in this residential complex the “Imkon” mortgage loan, with a 15 percent down payment and a repayment term of up to 20 years.
