Para-chess players vied for the State Security Service Cup
Chess is a test of intellect, patience, and perseverance. At the regional stage of the "State Security Service Cup" para-chess tournament, held at the Syrdarya Regional Youth Center, nearly 100 participants aged 7 to 70 competed fiercely for the championship.
In the tournament, which consisted of 7 rounds, participants demonstrated their intellectual potential, strategic thinking, patience, and strong will. Each round of the competition was filled with exciting and hard-fought matches. The contests, which brought together representatives of different ages, featured a unique blend of experience and youthful enthusiasm.

According to the results of the boys' competitions, Asilbek Ismoilov took first place, becoming the tournament champion. Murod Isoqov secured second place, and Aktam Jumuqov won third place.
The matches among the girls were also intense and uncompromising. At the end of the heated competition, Dilnura Marufjonova overcame all her opponents to take first place. Gulsevar Sodiqova was awarded second place, and Nilufar Sultonova took third.
The winners and prize-winners of the competition were awarded diplomas, medals, and valuable commemorative gifts.
Additionally, the winners who took first place in both categories of the competition were ceremoniously presented with the "State Security Service Cup." The para-chess players who ranked in the top ten in both categories of the competition earned a spot to participate in the next stage of the tournament, which will be held in the city of Samarkand.
