The necessary conditions are being created at 64 regional polling stations to monitor the voting process online on election day.

The composition of the precinct election commissions was approved by the decision of the Samarkand Regional Territorial Election Commission of September 13. According to the decision, 12,144 people are involved in 1,130 precinct election commissions. 5,598 commission members, or 46 percent, are women, 52 percent are employees of the public education system, 17 percent are employees of state bodies and institutions, and 10 percent are representatives of public organizations.

All polling stations have been equipped with the necessary conditions for commission members, voters, and observers.

In other districts and cities of the region, preparation of polling stations for the elections is also continuing at an active pace.
