– The number of people infected with coronavirus in Uzbekistan has reached 298. All of them have been identified from among those undergoing quarantine under inpatient conditions. In stationary conditions, more than 100 thousand citizens are under medical supervision. According to the leadership of the Scientific Research Institute of Virology, 22 out of 85 patients undergoing treatment in the clinic of the institute have clinical manifestations of pneumonia. The condition of 4 patients is assessed as serious, 1 – relatively serious. Patients whose condition is assessed as serious and relatively serious are transferred to intensive care department.

At the clinic of the Scientific Research Institute of Epidemiology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, 35 patients are undergoing treatment, 1 of them is assessed as serious, 1 is relatively serious. Patients whose condition is assessed as serious and relatively serious are transferred to intensive care department.
