Tashkent hosts Manager 2020 training workshop for bank employees at Uzmilliybank JSC.

This event is held based on a cooperation agreement signed with Gazprombank JSC to implement Presidential resolution “On measures to improve the training system in banking-financial sector” of October 31, 2019, and to develop personnel skills in using management tools.

Managers for professional development of Gazprombank Oksana Dorofeeva and Yelena Jarinova delivered speeches at the event.

It was noted that effective management is inextricably linked to activities of senior staff. This allows to use management tools, achieve satisfactory results and effectively manage the staff. In addition, management staff must effectively plan tasks assigned to subordinates, take into account the employee’s capabilities and be able to apply various forms of management.

Participants had the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge and learn new management methods.
