National University of Uzbekistan together with Inha University in Tashkent and Inha University in Incheon, Korea, organized the International workshop on “New aspects of Hadron and Astro/Nuclear Physics”.

On November 5-10, the National University of Uzbekistan together with Inha University in Tashkent and Inha University in Incheon, Korea, organized the International workshop on “New aspects of Hadron and Astro/Nuclear Physics”. 

The workshop was devoted to the 100 years’ celebration of National University of Uzbekistan and focused on scientific themes of nuclear physics.

The workshop was aimed at bringing together theoreticians and experimentalists to discuss the modern problems of the hadron and nuclear astrophysics. More than 50 experts from countries such as Korea, Japan, China, Italy, India, Pakistan and Uzbekistan discussed the issues of modern science.

According to IUT, one of the main objectives of the workshop was to support young generations involved in research. Particular attention was paid to participation of young scientists, postdocs, PhD and master students.
